Levels

Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings are "mixed-level" classes which means the instructors will meet individual needs of each student by demonstrating postures that cater to new students, as well as offering more challenge to seasoned clients.   Thursday morning is a "power-level" class - while anyone is welcome to take this class, it is typically more challenging.  Power yoga incorporates yoga poses with a "flow" or movement between poses making it similar to an aerobic workout.

Instructors

Meet June!  June Miller is certified in Power Yoga through Yoga for Life, Ashtanga Yoga with David Swenson and Pilates from The American Fitness Institute. Recently retired from a career as an FAA Air Traffic Controller and raising five children has given June personal knowledge of the value of yoga for relieving stress. She is eager to share her joy of yoga and believes the class should be both fun and challenging. The benefits will build physical strength, increase endurance, balance, and flexibility, while achieving a greater peace of mind and a renewed spirit.
